In Overwatch you can earn many skins soon. All you have to do is make a few predictions and guess who will win a match in the league.
The Overwatch League is constantly trying to find new ways to engage viewers and increase interest in the league. At least among the Overwatch player base, this seems to work, as soon you’ll be able to unlock skins in the Overwatch League and use them in the game. All you have to do is make a few predictions.
How does it work? Starting July 25, there will be a new feature on the Overwatch League website. You can make predictions and forecasts through a tab called “Challenges”.
You’ll need to answer questions like who will win the upcoming match or how big the lead of each team will be. The questions are different for each match, and a correct answer will earn you points and progress in the respective challenges.
The respective questions are available one hour before the match, and predictions can be made until about 2 minutes before the start of each match.
What’s the benefit? Completing challenges rewards players with Overwatch League tokens afterwards. These tokens can then be redeemed and used in Overwatch.
With these, special skins from the Overwatch League can be purchased. If you prefer not to buy the skins directly, you can earn them through the prediction game.
Does it cost anything? No, the Overwatch League prediction game is completely free. You just need a Battle.net account so that your predictions can be associated with the corresponding Overwatch account.
If you are playing on PlayStation or Xbox, you will also need to link your Battle.net account with your PlayStation or Xbox profile.
