With just a few clicks, your artifact weapon in WoW can now be instantly upgraded to level 126 – you no longer need to farm artifact power!
With the maintenance on June 27, 2018, Blizzard takes the next step in the release of World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth. Players receive a nice bonus, as completing a new quest line automatically sets their artifact weapons to a high level.
This is how you upgrade your weapon. When you log in to World of Warcraft and have completed all previous quests from Magni (up to the impact of Sargeras’ sword in Silithus), you will automatically receive the new quest “The Speaker’s Call,” which will once again send you to Silithus. There you need to board your faction’s airship and watch a short cinematic. During this, the artifact weapon is charged with the power of Sargeras’ sword to cleanse the wound. The ritual succeeds, but the weapon overloads – and unlocks artifact level 126!
What does artifact level 126 mean? With an artifact weapon at level 126, you have unlocked all skills and properties of the weapon and invested a proud 75 points into the final talent “Unity of the Legion Judges.”
Last chance for difficult challenges. Blizzard is giving all players one last opportunity to face the difficult challenges of Legion, which should now be somewhat easier. This includes the weapon skin from the Mage Tower or the title “the Chosen One.” These and other things you should urgently complete before the Pre-Patch 8.0 are presented here:
In the near future, Blizzard will still allow tokens to be sold for artifact power – the benefit is now extremely low.
