Here’s how to find the key: First, enter the building through a garage and quickly reach a room that suspiciously looks like a meth lab.
There, you have to stand your ground against a group of enemies. Once you’ve cleared the area, keep to the right and look for an open door. In the hallway behind it, you will find a corpse leaning against a laundry cart.
It will not be immediately marked as lootable; you need to get close and move until the message “Search corpse” appears.
Once you do this, you will find a Suite 3 key. Suite 3 is not easy to find as there are several rooms with that number in the level. So, keep your eyes peeled.
