The YouTuber Unbox Therapy showcased a gaming setup worth $40,000 in a video. It features two RTX 3090 graphics cards powering five displays.
What’s it about? The YouTuber Unbox Therapy (17.8 million subscribers) presented a gaming setup that costs $40,000 and looks absolutely insane.
The setup includes a massive gaming chair that resembles a scorpion. Additionally, there is the actual gaming PC that leverages the power of two RTX 3090 graphics cards.
The PC uses liquid cooling. Attached to the gaming chair are five 4K monitors with a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
What can you play on it? With the gaming PC, Unbox Therapy can play Cyberpunk 2077 on five monitors. Basically, he can play at 3840×2160 pixels at 144 Hz, which corresponds to a 4K resolution.
In the graphics settings, he can also set higher resolutions. At higher resolutions like 11520×2160 pixels, the two RTX graphics cards reach their potential performance limits. Unbox Therapy cannot play at maximum detail in this high resolution.

The computer hardware is not built into the gaming chair. The gaming PC is located directly behind the gaming chair. The PC comes from Xidax, a manufacturer of custom PCs in the USA. Xidax only uses components from the “Republic of Gamers” gaming series of the manufacturer ASUS.
The system is designed in such a way that all components are visible directly. If someone approaches the setup from behind, they can immediately see every individual part.
The five monitors are each 27-inch screens from LG’s UltraGear series. Each offers a refresh rate of 144 Hz. Alone, the monitors cost €949 each (RRP). With five devices, you’re already at €4,745.
