Blizzard had promised to increase the release frequency of new heroes in Heroes of the Storm and seems to be making this promise come true now. The “Eternal Conflict” in the Nexus is entering the next round and is calling the undead lord Leoric once again from his grave. As a tough warrior, he will stomp across the battlefields starting Wednesday, bringing death and destruction.
Even after a defeat, one should not underestimate the pile of bones, as his spirit remains on the battlefield and can slow enemies. As if that weren’t bad enough, he doesn’t respawn in his team’s well, but at the position of his spirit. You’d better take a look at Leoric’s abilities to be prepared for battles against him. As usual, the new hero will initially cost a proud 15,000 gold coins and will only drop in price after a few weeks.
