In the Free2Play MMORPG Lord of the Rings Online, a new update is on the way: Fans are showcasing the new region Far Anórien on the test server.
Recently, much has been said about servers in Lord of the Rings Online: consolidations, relocations, and issues. Now it’s time to focus on the game again. Last week, Update 18 was released on the test server Bullroar.
Three New Scaling Instances
This allows players and monster players to level up to 105. The increase of the level cap was one of the main points in Turbine’s plans for LOTRO in 2016.
With Update 18, three new scaling instances in the cluster of the Pelennor Fields are introduced: “Blood of the Black Serpent,” “Quays of the Harlond,” and “The Silent Street” – scaling from 75 to 105.
The update also adds the region “Far Anórien” with two sub-zones. The fan site “Lotroplayers” has already visited the test server and brought back two videos showcasing the regions of the new zone. These are Taur Drúadan and The Beacon Hills.
