In the fantasy MMO Lord of the Rings Online, the recent layoffs at Turbine have no impact on the plans.
As reported by lotroplayers.com, Community Manager Andy “Frelorn” Cataldo recently addressed the, as he calls it, “elephant in the room” during a livestream on Twitch regarding the layoffs at Turbine. According to Cataldo, these layoffs would not affect the current plans for Lord of the Rings Online. He did not delve into further circumstances.
According to Cataldo, players will be informed about the further plans for Lord of the Rings Online by the end of the year. This will happen after Update 15.
