Nein, es ist noch ziemlich lange hin bis zum 1. April
The next hero in Blizzard’s “We’re not calling it a MOBA, but it is one” Heroes of the Storm is Probius, a Starcraft Protoss unit.
Blizzard has unveiled the next hero. It might be the most unusual hero one can imagine: Probius is a Protoss drone from Starcraft 2. Who would have thought?

There is also a trailer out that you can see above: Let anyone say that drones have no feelings.
The community had already bet on a Starcraft hero next, but had Stukov or Karax in mind. “Probius” was indeed a surprise.
The abilities of Probius, the most unusual new hero in Heroes of the Storm
The English-language site PC Gamer already has information about Probius’ abilities. The new hero can deploy Pylons.
With this, Probius regenerates his mana and triggers two of his skills. When Probius is near a Pylon, he regenerates his full mana in 7 seconds. If he is not near a Pylon, he does not regenerate any mana. Two Pylons can be active at the same time – three if Probius selects the corresponding talent at level 20.
Probius has no mount but moves 10% faster than regular heroes. He can activate a speed boost that accelerates him by 50% for 5 seconds.
Probius relies on skill shots (Q) and can open Warp Rifts (W). These Warp Rifts explode and deal damage to anyone unfortunate enough to be caught inside. Either the Warp Rift collapses on its own after 9 seconds, or Probius’ skill shot can cause the rifts to explode.
Within the range of a Pylon, Probius can place Photon Cannons: this is a stationary turret. This allows for the establishment of a defensive parameter.
Probius is capable of building a sort of “mobile base” with Photon Cannons and Pylons, which serves as a fortress. With his ultimate (R1), Probius can overload a Pylon and turn it into another damage source.
Small drone, big deal – choke point monster
Apparently, Probius is designed as a “stationary hero” who can establish fortifications if he has enough time. Probius is said to be “absolutely devastating” when he has settled into a choke point.
Next week, Probius is expected to be playable on the test server, after which more information will be available.
The last hero to join Heroes of the Storm was Lúcio, which was to be expected. With a Protoss drone… probably not.
