6. Don’t Forget to Grab Experience
With the removal of last hits, the laning phase is much more relaxed than in comparable titles. However, this should not be a reason to watch the creeps die from a safe distance. You should support your little helpers in combat and, most importantly, stay within experience range. This is one of the most common mistakes in Heroes of the Storm, even though the experience bonus is game-changing. However, you should only go within range if your health bar allows it, as ganks often come unexpectedly, and that risk is not worth it.
