In Anthem, items have different rarity levels. The two highest levels are Masterwork and Legendary. You can find a list of all known weapons and components for these rarities here.
What you need to know: In Anthem, there are 6 different rarity levels. They differ from each other through their colors and inscriptions.
You can find inscriptions in the window below each item. They grant your Javelin various bonuses and/or additional effects. The number of additional bonuses depends on the respective rarity level.
Masterwork and Legendary items typically have a unique special effect that drastically increases the item’s effectiveness. This is determined by the inscription.
These rarity levels exist:

What does the list show? All known Masterwork and Legendary items, along with their respective special effects. Among them, you will find various Javelin abilities and weapons, as well as a variety of specific components.
Please note regarding the list: Not all Masterwork items have unique additional effects; some of them are simply stronger versions of already existing items. These will not be listed here.
Furthermore, there are currently no Masterwork versions for support abilities in Anthem.

Ranger-Exclusive Equipment

Grenades
- Last Argument (Fragmentation Grenade): Hitting enemies with this grenade adds 700% charge to the Ultimate ability.
- The Gambit (Sticky Grenade): Hitting an enemy with this grenade triggers an ice explosion.

- Explosive Incendiary (Inferno Grenade): Creates a fire explosion when two or more enemies are set on fire by this grenade.
- Cold-blooded (Frost Grenade): Successfully freezing an enemy increases melee damage for a few seconds.
- Big Opening (Guided Rocket): A successful guided rocket kill from above increases weapon damage for a few seconds.
Launchers
- Argos Mace (Explosive Rocket): Triggers an electric explosion with a successful kill.
- Vengeance (Impulse-Explosion): Hitting an enemy with this ability increases melee damage by 110% for 20 seconds.
- Fist of the Mountain (Impulse-Explosion): Hitting an enemy with this ability has a chance to trigger a massive explosion.
- Tactical Charge (Toxic Arrows): This ability receives a permanent extra charge.
- Recurring Revenge (Guided Rocket): A successful kill with this ability fully recharges it. This effect can only be activated every 7.5 seconds.
- Ember Lance (Spark Beam): Triggers a fire explosion after a short hit sequence.
Ranger Components
- Benefit of the Flying: Floating increases all damage resistance by 10%.
- Vanguard Pin: A successful melee kill restores 20% of shield capacity.
- Favor of the General: A successful melee kill increases the damage of the launcher for a few seconds.
- Vanguard Pin of Destruction: A long hit sequence with the launcher partially charges the Ultimate ability.
- Combined Weapons: A successful kill with the launcher increases grenade damage by 50% for 3 seconds.
- Defensive Bulwark: At low health, weapon damage is increased for a few seconds.
- Elemental Operations: Enhances all elemental effects applied to enemies.
- Tactical Superiority: Hitting a weak point reduces heat buildup of the thrusters for a few seconds.
- Pinnacle of the Spear: Performing a combo attack restores 40% armor for nearby allies.
- Determination of the Victor: Successful multi-kills immediately restore part of the armor.
Interceptor-Exclusive Equipment

Attack System
- Absolute Zero (Cryo-Spear): Hitting an enemy from above triggers an ice explosion.
- Bitter Harvest (Storm Mine): This ability receives a permanent extra charge.
- Relentless Stalker (Seeking Spear): Hitting an enemy increases weapon damage for a few seconds.
- Serpent Veil (Poison Bomb): Melee kills increase all acid damage for a few seconds.
- Raneris Charge (Spark Sprint): A successful kill fully recharges this ability. This effect can only be activated every 7.5 seconds.
Hit System
- Viper Bite (Toxic Mist): Hitting an enemy fills part of the Ultimate ability.
- Shadow Claw (Phantom Hit): After a small kill sequence, this ability is fully recharged.
- Sanadeen’s Rest (Plasma Star): Hitting enemy weak points restores part of the shield system.
- Second Death (Storm Hit): Hitting an enemy triggers a fire explosion.
- Cariff’s Claw (Detonation Hit): A successful kill restores part of health.
Interceptor Components
- Conductive Mesh: A short hit sequence with the melee attack triggers an electric explosion.
- Path of Determination: Sprinting increases melee damage for a few seconds.
- Path of Adaptation: A small hit sequence with your abilities increases all damage for a few seconds.
- Path of Speed: Hitting an enemy with your attack system increases the damage of your hit system by 50% for 5 seconds.

- Talisman of Power: Hitting an enemy with your hit system increases the damage of your attack system by 50% for 5 seconds.
- Path of the Scavenger: Picking up ammunition increases weapon damage for a few seconds.
- Path of the Bold: A successful melee kill restores part of armor.
- Revenge Matrix: At low health, all damage is increased for a few seconds after collecting a repair kit.
- Fleeting Talisman: After 3 consecutive dashes, the currently equipped weapon is reloaded.
- Survival Algorithm: Removing a negative status effect restores 20% of the shield system. This effect can be activated every 10 seconds.
Colossus-Exclusive Equipment

Artillery Launcher
- Rubidium Oven (Fire Wall Mortar): Setting an enemy on fire recharges this ability. This effect can only be activated at regular intervals.
- Last Judgment (High-Explosive Mortar): Hitting two enemies increases all damage by 35% for 20 seconds.
- Titan’s Hail (Detonation Mortar): This ability can trigger explosive combos from now on.
- Vassa’s Arc (Lightning Coil): Multiple hits create an electric explosion.
- Voltaic Dome (Shock Coil): Hitting any enemies with this ability instantly freezes them.

Heavy Launchers
- Liquid Green (Poison Spitter): As long as this ability is equipped, combo attacks deal 200% more damage.
- Best Defense (Siege Artillery): Upon a successful hit, armor is restored by 35%. This effect can only be activated at regular intervals.
- Fiery Response (Flamethrower): Triggers a medium explosion upon a successful kill.
- Fist of the Crucible (Flamethrower): After a successful kill, the damage of this ability increases by 40%. This effect can stack up to 5 times.
- Garret’s Hammer (Railgun): This ability receives a permanent extra charge.
- Black Powder (Flak): Upon a successful kill, this ability is fully recharged.
Colossus Components
- Grand Appearance: Upon a hard landing, an explosion is triggered at the impact point.
- Ablative Shield: A successful shield break increases resistance to physical damage. This effect can only be activated at regular intervals.
- Vanguard Badge: A successful shield break triggers a surrounding explosion.
- Pin of the Stalwart: A successful shield break increases all ability damage by 40% for 5 seconds.
- Reinforced Hull: Removing a negative status effect increases damage by 20%. This effect can only occur every 10 seconds.
- Catalytic Overdrive: Successfully triggering a combo attack increases the damage of your abilities for a few seconds.
- Acknowledgment of Destruction: A successful melee kill restores 20% of your armor.
- Badge of Destruction: A successful multi-kill with the Ultimate ability partially refills the Ultimate gauge.
- Synchronized Frame: A successful kill increases damage of heavy launchers for a few seconds.
- Shock Therapy: Hitting an enemy with the artillery launcher increases heat dissipation for a few seconds.
Storm-Exclusive Items

Blast Seal
- Winter’s Wrath (Ice Storm): Upon a successful kill from above, this ability refills. This effect can only be activated at regular intervals.
- Venomous Blaze (Flame Explosion): After a certain number of consecutive hits, this ability inflicts additional acid damage.
- Hailstorm Renewal (Ice Explosion): Upon a successful kill from above, a part of the shield system is recharged.
- Binary Star (Living Flame): Fires a second projectile upon activation.
- Eternal Reflection (Lightning Hit): While hovering, electrical damage is increased.
Focus Seal
- Stasis Chain (Bow’s Wrath): Hitting an enemy triggers an electric explosion.
- Black Ice (Glacial Spear): Upon a successful kill, this ability freezes other nearby enemies.
- Chaos Hail (Hoarfrost Shard): Successfully freezing an enemy increases the damage of your Blast Seal by 125% for 20 seconds.
- Seal of Spirit Opening (Shock Explosion): Upon a successful kill from above, this ability is restored. This effect can only be activated at regular intervals.
- Thousandfold Supernova (Fire Ball): Hitting an enemy increases the damage of this ability by 5% for 5 seconds. This ability can stack up to 20 times.
Storm Components
- Brand of the Master: Hitting an enemy with the Focus Seal increases the damage of the Blast Seal by 60% for 5 seconds.
- Brand of the Student: Hitting an enemy with the Blast Seal increases the damage of the Focus Seal by 60% for 5 seconds.
- Brand of the Reckless: A successful shield break increases seal damage for a few seconds.
- Mark of the Gunslinger: While hovering, all weak point damage is increased.
- Amulet of Winter: Applying ice effects increases weapon damage for a few seconds.
- Brand of the Vanguard: A successful shield break increases damage resistance for a few seconds.
- Mark of Wrath: While the Focus Seal is charging, the damage of the Blast Seal is increased by 50% for a few seconds.
- Mark of Doom: While the Blast Seal is charging, the damage of the Focus Seal is increased by 50% for a few seconds.
- Mark of Clear Mind: Removing a negative status effect restores part of the armor. This effect can only be activated at regular intervals.
- Book of Precision: Weak point kills with a sniper rifle increase electrical damage for a few seconds.
Universal Components
- Recovery Munitions: Increases the reserve capacity of all weapons by 30%. Picking up ammunition restores part of the armor.
- Dampened Strikes: Significantly increases the shield values of the Javelin. When the shield is consumed, damage resistance increases for a few seconds.
- Cooling System: Increases heat capacity by 50%, allowing the Javelin to fly more effectively. Significantly reduces the duration of the overheat condition.
- Emergency Energy: Increases the base damage of the Ultimate ability by 30%. The Ultimate bar instantly fills when the armor takes critical damage. This effect can only be activated at regular intervals.
- Symbiotic Boost: Significantly increases the armor value of the Javelin. Increases all damage for a few seconds after picking up a repair kit.
Universal Components added with Patch 1.0.4:
- Bloodthirst: Increases the base damage of melee weapons by 30%. After a melee hit, melee damage is increased by 75% for 10 seconds.
- Acid Balls: Increases the ammunition reserves and damage of shotguns. If an enemy is hit by 7 bullets from a shotgun, they will be subjected to an acid status effect.
- Giant Slayer: Increases the ammunition reserves and damage of precision rifles. Increases weak point damage by 50% after 5 consecutive precision rifle shots.
- Concentrated Frost: Increases the ammunition reserves and damage of light machine guns. After 10 consecutive machine gun shots, the target is frozen.
- Feedback Loop: Increases the ammunition reserves and damage of assault rifles. Increases damage resistance by 50% for 10 seconds after firing the last shot of an assault rifle magazine.
Weapons
Precision Rifles
- Death from Above (Guardian): While hovering, weak point damage is increased by 65%.
- Soothing Touch (Anvil): Hits with this weapon reduce recoil by 50% for 5 seconds. This effect can stack up to 5 times.
- Thunderbolt of Yvenia (Scout): This weapon can deal electrical damage, with a 33% chance per shot.
Assault Rifles
- Ralner’s Firestorm (Hammerhead): After hitting successfully, this weapon ignites the enemy.
- Divine Vengeance (Keeper): This weapon triggers a large fire explosion on every third weak point hit.
- Elemental Rage (Defender): Hitting elite enemies increases elemental damage by 5% for 10 seconds. This effect is stackable up to 20 times.
Light Machine Guns
- Artinia’s Gambit (Merciless): Reloading this weapon triggers a combo explosion in the immediate vicinity.
- Cycle of Pain (Sledgehammer): Hitting a weak point increases the fire rate of this weapon for a few seconds.
- Renewed Courage (Raw Violence): The last shot of the magazine reduces the recoil of this weapon by 50% for 20 seconds. This effect can stack up to 20 times.
Heavy Pistols
- Punishing Herald (Wrecking Blow): While hovering, the damage of this weapon is increased by 200%.
- Close Encounter (Suppressing Fire): Performing a maneuver (Dash) increases all weapon damage by 75% for 10 seconds.
- Glorious Result (Determination): Hitting two weak points increases all weapon damage by 150% for a few seconds.
Semi-Automatic Pistols
- Vassa’s Surprise (Hailstorm): A melee hit with this weapon partially reloads the magazine.
- Garretus’ Counterstrike (Trajectory): At critical health, all weapon damage is increased by 125% for 10 seconds.
- Endless Battle (Fulcrum): Hitting an elite enemy at close range increases weapon and melee damage by 110% for 5 seconds.
Shotguns
- Daddy Shotgun (Spread Shot): Reloading this weapon increases its potency and grants 150% bonus damage for 5 seconds. This effect can stack up to 2 times.
- Gleaming Fortress (Choker): Landing 8 shots from a magazine will recharge 35% of the shield system.
- Rolling Carnage (Revenge): Performing a maneuver (Dash) increases all weapon damage by 50% for 20 seconds. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
Sniper Rifles
- Siege Breaker (Whirlwind): This weapon freezes the target after 3 successful hits.
- Wyvern Blitz (Death’s Eye): While hovering, this weapon deals 40% more damage against weak points.
- Truth of Tarsis (Devastator): Hitting a weak point of enemies affected by a status effect triggers a combo attack.
Grenade Launchers
- Rain and Downpour (Gunner): On a kill, all negative status effects are lifted, and effect resistance is increased by 75% for 10 seconds.
- Revenge of the Sentinels (Aftershock): This weapon triggers a corrosive acid effect in the area after a kill series.
- Galvincus’ Balm (Lurker): Hitting two enemies restores 25% of the armor.
Automatic Cannons
- Stral’s Fist (Skybreaker): Hitting an enemy increases weapon damage. This ability is stackable.
- Endless Siege (Bath Flood): Increases the magazine size by 100%, as well as the base damage by 100%.
- Last Stand (Butcher): At low health, all weapon damage is increased by 75% for 10 seconds.
