Lim Tae-Gyu
Who is he? Lim Tae-Gyu is an S-rank hunter and the guild master of the Fiend Guild (also known as the Reapers Guild), one of the five strongest guilds in South Korea. The Fiend Guild was once considered the most powerful guild in the country before some of its members – including Baek Yoon-Ho – left to form the White Tiger Guild.
As a master archer, he dominates fights from a distance. As guild master, he also bears responsibility for one of the largest guilds in the country and demonstrates leadership – even though his guild no longer has the same influence as before.
Why is he so strong? Lim Tae-Gyu is a highly skilled ranged fighter who takes out his opponents with deadly precision. He can create magical arrows directly from his hands. He can manifest up to five of these arrows simultaneously and fire them at lightning speed.
Even though he has clear weaknesses in close combat, he compensates for this with range, accuracy, and tactical control over the battlefield. His cool head and discipline make him not only one of the best archers in Korea, but also a reliable guild master who knows exactly when and how to intervene.
