Some of these hunters that Jin-Woo encounters accompany him briefly, while others leave a lasting impression. For this list, 5 individuals were chosen who stand out due to their strength, presence, or influence on the storyline.
Our list is an arbitrary order of the individuals and is not ranked by strength or level.
Go Gun-Hee
Who is he? Go Gun-Hee is the chairman of the Korean Hunter Association and, despite his advanced age, is among the most powerful hunters in the country. His character embodies experience, strategic foresight, and a quiet authority.
Even though he no longer actively participates in fights, his influence over the hunter community remains unbroken. As the highest representative of the Hunter Association, he bears the responsibility for South Korea’s defense against the magical gates and monsters – his decisions determine life and death.
Why is he so strong? Go Gun-Hee was once an active S-rank hunter with immense power and counted among the strongest. Although he is limited due to his age, his former combat strength is still felt through his presence.
Particularly noteworthy is his instinct for emerging threats and extraordinary talents: he is one of the first to recognize the true potential of Sung Jin-Woo.
