7. Sato (Ajin)
Sato is the main antagonist in the anime “Ajin: Demi-Human,” leading bloody terror attacks in Japan. Ajin are humans who cannot die. When they are killed, their bodies “reset” within seconds. They can also summon an IBM (Invisible Black Matter) entity – a kind of dark spirit that fights for them.
As a former elite soldier of the US Marines, Sato is extremely strong. Additionally, he is also an Ajin. For Sato, fighting is like a game, with levels, “boss battles,” and rules that he sets himself. He compares real violence to a video game and seems to have no moral scruples.
8. Kirei Kotomine (Fate/Zero)
Kirei Kotomine is one of the central figures in “Fate/Zero,” the dark prequel to the “Fate/stay night” series. He is a complex antagonist whose development from a seemingly pious priest to a soulless manipulator is one of the central themes of the series.
Kirei is a person who does not know what fulfills him. He cannot take joy in things that make other people happy – instead, he feels an unconscious fascination for suffering and destruction. Over the course of the story, he begins to explore himself and ultimately realizes that his true nature is quite sadistic.
