What is Terraria about? Terraria is a 2D sandbox game by Re-Logic. You dig through randomly generated worlds, build your own houses or entire castles, and fight a variety of monsters and bosses.
With the casual class system, you can unleash as a melee or ranged fighter, mage, summoner, or yo-yo player. There are over 500 weapons. With various accessories, you gain useful abilities, like flying with wings or automatic mana restoration for powerful mage weapons.
In Terraria, there are no limits, and you do what you feel like doing. The beginning is overwhelming, but once you have internalized the basic idea of the game, it offers many hundreds of hours of fun.
Terraria also has extensive mod support. With the most famous mod called Calamity, Terraria becomes a true masterpiece.
