Helldivers 2: Roadmap – What is officially known so far
Is there an official roadmap? No, currently there is no roadmap that players can access to get an overview of future planned content (as of September 23, 2024).
However, we know that the developers are currently working with high priority to fix the biggest issues of the co-op shooter. The head of Helldivers promised in August to fix the game within 60 days. To achieve this goal, the studio also changed the usual update rhythm.
After the first wave of changes brought numerous buffs, this repair of the game is already in full swing. In the future, more people are also to gain access to beta testing so that the developers can better test upcoming content and changes before release and receive feedback.

The Illuminated are a highly advanced alien civilization that were already among the enemies of the Over-Earth in Helldivers 1. Many players suspect that the arrival of the Illuminated is not far off.

What contents could come? In addition to the Illuminated, there was another hostile faction in Helldivers 2: the Cyborgs.
The Cyborgs are similar to the robots and terminids and are enemies of the Helldivers. Their home planet is Cyberstan.
The Cyborgs are made up of former humans who led a rebellion against the Over-Earth and were obsessed with the cybernetic augmentation of their bodies.
