How to find the Hunters: The Hunters in Helldivers 2 can only be found in the yellow sectors of the Terminids. Use the world map to select an operation on a planet infested by Terminids.
Once you’ve landed, you only need to look for Terminid or Stalker structures. They mostly crawl out of their holes to slow you down with their tongues. A good way to take out many Hunters at once are the missions “Take out the Terminid swarm”. In this mission, a variety of insects spawn, including Hunters.

Hunters are not armored, so you can easily take them out with any weapon. However, it is advisable to bring a fully automatic shotgun like the SG-225-Breaker or a submachine gun like the SMG-37-Defender. Both weapons can quickly dispatch many enemies, including the agile Hunters.
Keep the following in mind: Especially at higher difficulty levels, keep an eye on the Hunters. Their tongues can slow you down in combat, which could lead to a deadly dilemma, especially when trying to escape.
If you are being chased by Hunters, be sure to take them out; otherwise, they will catch up with you once your stamina is depleted, leading to your certain death.
