4 new cards from “A Night in Karazhan”, the next expansion for Hearthstone, were presented. Among them are new cards for Mage and Warlock.
Discarded cards bring new cards
A few days ago, Blizzard announced the upcoming expansion for Hearthstone “A Night in Karazhan” and simultaneously presented the first cards. As in previous adventures, more cards will also be unveiled gradually this time. The first 4 of them have already been introduced.
Mages can look forward to the Babbling Book. A 1/1 minion for only 1 Mana that allows the Mage to draw a random Mage spell as a Battlecry. Players are already thinking of combinations with Brann Bronzebeard, allowing them to draw 2 spells for just 4 Mana.
Warlocks have Malchezaar’s Imp. This little imp is relatively solid as a 1 Mana minion with stats of 1/3, but also has an interesting card effect. Every time the Warlock has to discard a card, a new card is drawn immediately.
As a neutral minion, there is the Book Wyrm. The dragon has weak stats of only 3/6 for 6 Mana, but still has a good Battlecry. If the player has another dragon in hand, they can destroy an opposing minion with up to 3 attack points.
A legendary, neutral minion is Moroes. The steward of Karazhan costs 3 Mana and has weak stats of only 1/1. However, he comes with interesting card effects. To ensure his safety, he has Stealth. Additionally, at the end of every turn, he summons a 1/1 minion.
This means Moroes is already worth 2/2 after the first round. If he lasts long enough, the permanently appearing 1/1 minions can pay off.
