The next mini-set for Hearthstone is just around the corner. We will reveal which cards are included in “Onyxia’s Lair”.
The current Hearthstone expansion, Divided in Alterac Valley, has passed about half of its lifespan. Therefore, it’s time to shake up the meta a bit and implement new cards. To this end, Hearthstone will release the new mini-set “Onyxia’s Lair” on February 15, 2022. This brings 3 fresh cards for each class as well as 5 neutral cards. All cards revolve around the dragon theme and are likely to create exciting new decks.
What is the set about? The mini-set mainly revolves around dragons and spells that interact with or summon dragons in some way. This fits thematically with Onyxia, who was known in Stormwind as “Lady Katrana Prestor” and smuggled dragons into the city of humans.

- 2,000 gold, i.e., earned in-game currency
- €15, real money
- €70 to buy the entire set in fully golden form
When does the set launch? The mini-set “Onyxia’s Lair” will be available from February 15, 2022. Generally, updates go live in Hearthstone in the early evening hours, usually between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. You only need to start the game, and the new cards will be available – no matter how you want to unlock them.
What do you think of the new cards? Do you like them? Are they too powerful or too weak? What is your favorite?
