You can’t mess with Alastor Moody. He is one of the most experienced wizards. As a former Auror and expert in Defense Against the Dark Arts, he has successfully completed numerous dangerous missions. His many successes in the fight against Death Eaters made him notorious, having personally filled half of the cells in Azkaban.
His magical eye is one of his greatest strengths – it allows him to see through walls, detect the invisible, and even look behind his own back.
His abilities in dealing with curses and spells are nearly unparalleled, and his deep mistrust of others – combined with his excellent intuition – protects him from many dangers. During his time in the Order of the Phoenix, he was known for being well-prepared in any situation and always thinking one step ahead.
Place 3: Minerva McGonagall
Minerva McGonagall is one of the best professors, a Transfiguration expert, and a talented fighter. As a master of Transfiguration, she masters even the most complex spells. The best part, of course: she can transform into a cat!
In the Battle of Hogwarts, she demonstrates her immense power. She brings the statues of the school to life to defend Hogwarts and personally fights against Voldemort’s followers. Her talent is also proven in her duel against Severus Snape, during which she ultimately drives him out of the school.
Outside of battle, McGonagall is a wise and respected teacher who knows how to show both strictness and compassion, making her very popular.
