It doesn’t always have to be the superstar. In FIFA 19, there are currently really strong and especially inexpensive TOTS cards, that pack a punch.
These cards are brought to you by the TOTS event: During the Team of the Season event, a variety of extremely improved cards from all leagues appears every week. Upgrades of 6-10 points in overall rating are not uncommon here. As a result, there are now countless new endgame cards in FUT 19.

These TOTS cards are really strong and still inexpensive
Some top cards are a bit inconspicuous: Whenever a new Team of the Season is released on Fridays, the top players get the most attention. However, it is worth considering all players of the respective team. Many cards, especially the somewhat inconspicuous ones, are surprisingly strong endgame cards and can boost many teams.
These players are super strong, relatively inexpensive, and definitely worth a second look:
Kampl (88)
This is what the card can do: With Kevin Kampl, you get a strong playmaker and ball distributor for your Bundesliga team. He has excellent passing and dribbling stats, allowing him to leave many opponents behind. However, sacrifices are made in shooting and physicality, but strikers can take over the shooting duties. Kampl plays particularly strong in midfield, alongside a defensively oriented CDM.

Pizzi (93)
This is what the card can do: Pizzi has a really strong card for the right midfield, which can also be played excellently on the wing. The strong overall rating of 93 already indicates Pizzi’s outstanding stats. With his top stats, there are hardly any drawbacks; he is fast, has strong dribbling, great shooting stats, and can also hold his own physically.
The only downside is his 3-star skill moves, although not every play style requires more stars.

Maddison (88)
This is what the card can do: When the guaranteed Premier League SBC was released, no one wanted to pull Maddison. This is understandable when you look at the rest of the Premier League TOTS, as Maddison has the arguably weakest card. However, one shouldn’t be too upset about that. James Maddison has really good stats, making him a solid CAM option for Premier League teams.
Particularly impressive are his 4-star skills and his 4-star weak foot. But his shooting, passing, and dribbling stats are also outstanding. Even his average speed doesn’t detract from his performance.

Roussillon (87)
This is what the card can do: Jerome Roussillon is a fantastic choice for the left-back position in any Bundesliga team. He meets all the requirements that a full-back needs in FUT 19. He is tall, fast, and physically strong. No one makes a mistake by playing Roussillon.

Bergwijn (87)
This is what the card can do: With Steven Bergwijn, you get a winger with really strong values. He is fast, has strong dribbling, and scores highly with his shooting stats. The only disadvantage is his weak left foot, but it is something one can get used to. So if you’re looking for an inexpensive and strong option for the left wing, Bergwijn is a top choice.
