. A DJ has been trying to get on that show for months, becoming known in the community for supposedly looking like Hänno.
What is Techno Friday
? In January 2024, HandOfBlood announced that he would prefer to focus on streaming rather than YouTube videos. Since then, he has been regularly streaming on Twitch, playing games or sometimes having well-known guests.
One of his most regular formats is the Techno Friday
. There, he invites DJs to enhance his stream musically, like in a rave. DJ Dr Donk thinks that’s really cool and has been trying for months to get a performance in the stream.
He even goes so far as to promote this live on stage at a festival (via TikTok). In other appearances, he advertises with lines like When Techno Friday?
or Hänno text me
on a large screen for his wish. That wish has now been fulfilled, even if his physical resemblance to Hänno is probably a reason for it.

What does Hänno say about Dr Donk? On 07.08.2025, Dr Donk posted a thank-you video for HandOfBlood on TikTok. In it, he shows a clip of the streamer, where he is often tagged by fans to respond to Dr Donk.
HandOfBlood explains that he has been seeing messages about Dr Donk for some time on TikTok, but also in his stream, who looks very similar to [him]
. Consequently, Hänno’s team contacted him and organized an appearance on Techno Friday on 08.08.2025. The community reactions under Dr Donk’s video are accordingly positive:

The similarity between the two is a big topic in the community. In a YouTube Short on the HandOfTrash channel, Hänno reacts to the resemblance and responds: That’s not my twin. He is also a beanpole […] has glasses and a thing here [referring to the septum in the nose]. So, I understand where that comes from. He is not my twin.
In another stream (via TikTok), Hänno told about an absurd situation. He was riding his bike to work when suddenly someone from a car next to him asked: Hey, are you Dr Donk?
Hänno denied, and later at the traffic light, another person asked again: Really not?
The similarity between the two seems to be a bigger running gag in the community.
