In Guild Wars 2, four new animal companions have been introduced for the ranger, which you can find in the areas of End of Dragons. We at MeinMMO will show you where they are.
What are these animal companions?
- White Tiger – F2 ability grants nearby allies Aegis
- Phoenix – F2 ability deals a lot of damage
- Suhler – F2 ability knocks enemies down and causes 2 stacks of bleeding
- Siege Tortoise – F2 ability provides protection for allies
The four animals are located on the four maps that were introduced with End of Dragons.
Getting the White Tiger
The White Tiger can be found on the first map, Seitung Province. You need to go to the Jaya Cliffs and enter a cave beneath the mountain. The entrance is to the west.
Getting the Phoenix
The Phoenix can be found on the second map, New Kaineng. You need to go into the ruins. Relatively to the north, there is a platform with a lot of green area and hostile phoenixes on it.
There you will also find your new animal companion.
Getting the Suhler
The Suhler is located in the area of the Echowald Wilderness, south of the waypoint Jade Gate. You will find the Suhler in a small pond:
Getting the Siege Tortoise
You can get the Siege Tortoise in the last area, Dragon’s End. You need to go to the southeast of the district name. Near the Seaman’s Enclave, there are two water basins where the tortoises swim.
However, an event must be completed first, where you need to escort newly hatched tortoises.
