The latest patch for Guild Wars 2 not only brought a new episode of the Living World, but also new outfits.
The most popular hobby of hardcore fans? Data mining, of course. As soon as a new patch is applied, a close look is taken at what the patch notes leave out but the data reveals. Three screenshots showing new “outfits” have now surfaced on reddit.
While fans find the outfits quite nice, some would wish that ArenaNet would design new clothing pieces again. These could then be combined with the existing clothing. Others argue, however, that a piece of clothing would then have to be matched with every other to avoid clipping issues. That would be extremely cumbersome. Outfits are much more practical in that regard. And they are stylish too.
By the way, the thread creator on reddit still hasn’t figured out which of the outfits fits the Sylvari. How to squeeze oneself into the stylish attire is also not yet known.
