Guild Wars 2 will soon receive the next major raid instance. To set the mood for the “Stronghold of the Faithful,” ArenaNet has released an atmospheric teaser.
Guild Wars 2 had no raids for years, but now they are coming in quick succession. After the raids were introduced shortly after the release of the Heart of Thorns expansion, the offering of instances was quickly expanded. Therefore, the third raid instance named “Stronghold of the Faithful” is already on the agenda.

In it, our brave heroes from Guild Wars 2 prepare to storm the “White Mantle” fortress. This mysterious secret organization was already a formidable enemy in the first Guild Wars, and surely the robed figures have nothing good planned in the sequel either.
Fear the Stone Colossus!
However, the teaser itself does not show much, after all, it is “just” a teaser. But at least the colossal stone statue, which presumably appears as a raid boss, gives a good taste of the challenges we should expect there. The raid “Stronghold of the Faithful” will be released for free for Guild Wars 2 on June 14, 2016.
