The rewards for Halloween
During Halloween, you can earn special armor and weapon skins, miniatures, and even infusions. A highlight is the shoulder piece “Nightshade,” which grants you a special bat effect.
New rewards from 2022
“Clawed Shadow” gloves: These gloves are awarded for completing the meta achievement “Halloween Rituals (annual).”
Two new miniatures: For 15 candy corn kernels or with luck from the candy bags, you can obtain the miniatures “Black Labrador” and “Fluffy Black Cat”:
Three new weapons: The new weapons can be found in the Courtly Weapon Chest, which you can obtain from a candy bag. Additionally, they are available from the vendor “Funkenstein” in Lionsgate for 15 candy corn kernels and 4 gold.
Rewards until 2022
All Skins
Weapons from candy corn bags: In addition to the three weapon skins from 2022, three weapons were already introduced in 2021 that you can get from the bags. Alternatively, you can buy them for 15 candy corn kernels and 4 gold from the weapon vendor Funkenstein in Lionsgate.
A Touch of Madness: This torch can only be obtained from candy bags or from the trading post. Your hand will start to burn.
Glowing Infusion: This rare infusion can be obtained as an item from the candy corn bags.
All Miniatures
Madame Cookies: This miniature can be purchased from the Halloween vendor in Lionsgate for 20 Candy Corn kernels. It was newly added in 2021.
More miniatures at the vendor: For 4 to 120 candy corn kernels, you can get a total of 13 more miniatures from the vendor, including Ghost-Carlotta, Bloody Prince Thorn, or Ixidecimus the Shadow Raven.
Nightshade
With the Halloween event in 2015, the shoulder piece “Nightshade” was introduced into the game. This item creates a bat effect around your character.
For crafting, you need four items that you will combine in the Mystic Forge. You also need the profession Armor Smith at 400 and the Hunter at 400.
Bat Wings
To craft the bat wings in the Mystic Forge, you need:
- 4x Worn Bat Wings
- 20x Bloodstone Bricks
- 120x Phial of Powerful Blood
- 250x Mystic Coins
The worn bat wings can be purchased at the trading post or dropped randomly during “Ascent into Madness” or “The Mad King says.”
Phial of Green Slime
You craft this phial as a Hunter. You need:
- 20x Ectoplasmic Orbs
- 50x Immaculate Toxic Spore Sample
- 50x Phial of Flaxseed Oil
- 50x Glass Fragments
Preserved Bat Wings
To craft the preserved bat wings in the Mystic Forge, you need:
- 1x Bat Wing (crafted previously)
- 1x Phial of Green Slime (crafted previously)
- 250x Glacier Magnet Stones
- 250x Phial of Flaxseed Oil
The Gift of Darkness
You craft this gift as an Armor Smith. You need the recipe (for 10 gold from Miyani at the Mystic Forge) and the following items:
- 250x Orichalcum Ingots
- 250x Dried Hardened Leather Scraps
- 100x Onyx Magnet Stone
- 1x Gift of Ascalon (bought for 500 Ascalonian Tears)
Crafting Nightshade
To finish up, you only need to combine four components in the Mystic Forge:
- 1x Preserved Bat Wing (crafted previously)
- 1x Gift of Darkness (crafted previously)
- 1x Vision Crystal
- 1x Unopened Bottle of Bat Wing Brew
The unopened bottle of Bat Wing Brew can be obtained randomly from candy bags or bought at the trading post.
