Guild Wars 2 is using the Gamescom as an opportunity to host an international All-Stars tournament in Cologne. Fans can join either live or on Twitch.
ArenaNet announces on the Guild Wars 2 website that they will bring the best players from around the world to Gamescom in Cologne. This will be the first time players from Europe, North America, and also from China will have the chance to compete against each other in e-sport competitions. They will team up with Twitch for the first PvP major event of this kind.
Additionally, fans can play Guild Wars 2 at the ArenaNet booth, chat with developers, or participate in “exciting activities.” What this entails and further details about the tournament will be revealed as Gamescom approaches. It takes place from August 13 to 17.
