The Early Access of the Diablo MMO Guardians of Ember has started and allows you to take your first steps in the fantasy world.
Those who supported the developers of the Hack’n Slay meets MMORPG Guardians of Ember through the crowdfunding campaign were able to play as early as yesterday. For backers of the Indiegogo campaign, the head start began earlier. However, at 9 AM this morning, the Early Access officially started, which anyone can join by purchasing either the Mortal or the Immortal Edition of the game.
It should be noted that this is still an early version in which not all content has been integrated and where bugs and balancing issues may still occur. If you want to take a look at the MMO, you can do so. On Steam, both packages are currently available at a discount.
A first glimpse into the game
Guardians of Ember transports you to the fantasy world of Olyndale. This world is on the brink of chaos after years of war. Only the Order of the Guardians of Ember can restore order by finding the magical Ember stones. You are one such Guardian and set out on a quest. Along the way, you must fight monsters, team up with other players, complete quests, and craft special equipment. In a PvP arena, you will also face other players to find out who the mightiest Guardian of the world Olyndale is.
Guardians of Ember aims to be a mix between MMORPG and Diablo, offering you over 60 randomly generated dungeons and a housing system that allows you to build your own home and decorate it as you wish. Farming and fishing are also possible. You can customize your hero from five classes and 300 skills, with the option to choose another class at level 15.
