The next update for GTA Online is called “The Contract” and is releasing on December 15, 2021. This is the big winter update 2021. We will show you the new cars, content, weapons, and more, as well as the new trailer.
When is the release? The new winter update 2021 will release on December 15, 2021. That is a Wednesday. It’s likely that the servers will be unavailable before that again.
What’s included? The new update revolves around music – the rapper and producer Dr. Dre is returning. Additionally, Franklin and Lamar, who you know from the story, play important roles. New cars, weapons, and content for solo players are also a significant part of the update.

What new weapons are there? In the preview images of the update, Rockstar Games shows a stun gun and a compact EMP launcher.
What new cars are there? The Enus Jubilee and the Dewbauchee Champion have so far been shown by Rockstar Games for the “The Contract” update. It’s quite possible that there are other new cars included as well.
What is the update about? Franklin Clinton’s new agency is the focus of the new update. However, the agency still lacks trustworthy business partners and celebrities. Of course, Franklin’s buddy Lamar Davis is not far off and comes into play here. As a celebrity, Dr. Dre is returning.
Dre lost his phone on the way to Cayo Perico and it has now fallen into the wrong hands. It contains unreleased music that you need to get back.
Rockstar Games writes about the update: “Prepare for a wild chase through Los Santos, from the streets of Franklin’s old hood to the trendiest parties in the city and from the most luxurious villas to the offices of the FIB. Join Franklin, hacker Imani, the dog Chop, and their crew to return Dr. Dre’s tracks to their rightful owner.”
Additionally, the update comes with a new radio station for you, more jobs for your agency like assassinations, and new weapons, vehicles, and more. Rockstar Games promises to announce more details in the coming days.
