The 3 new weapons from Cayo Perico
These are the new weaponry: In total, there are 3: a military rifle, a shotgun, and a pistol. Here they are:
- Military Rifle – 397,500 GTA$
- Combat Shotgun – 295,000 GTA$
- Perico Pistol
Especially the Perico Pistol is hard to find and appears in a golden variant. However, once you find it, you can use it immediately and don’t have to buy it first.
How to get the weapons
How to find the Military Rifle? You can get the first weapon quite easily. You just have to start the Cayo Perico Heist. After starting, the weapon will be automatically unlocked for you.
Now you can go to any Ammu-Nation on the map and refund the Military Rifle for 397,500 GTA Dollars.
How to find the Combat Shotgun? You should find the shotgun during the heist finale. According to the reddit user Timely-Speaker-8590, he found the Combat Shotgun leaning against a beam between walls. However, there seem to be various locations.
If you find the weapon, you can interact with it to “steal” it. Once you do this, you should be able to buy it at Ammu-Nation for 295,000 GTA Dollars after the heist.
How to find the Perico Pistol? Now we come to the last weapon from the new heist. You can steal and use this one right during the heist. You will find the pistol in El Rubio’s office during the heist finale:
The Perico Pistol is located in a drawer that you can only open with a key. You can find the key in Los Santos, but you can only start looking for it once the event is unlocked for you.
You should pay attention to the map while playing, as a blue dot will appear there. Go there to get the special key. Once you find it, you can start the Cayo Perico Heist and look for the pistol there.
