What is the fastest motorcycle in GTA Online 2024? We show you the list of the fastest motorcycles, their prices, and where you can buy them.
What motorcycles does GTA Online offer? In the online world of GTA 5, you have a variety of motorcycles available. If you want, you can even count the slow scooters, then the selection continues with cross motorcycles, choppers, and racing motorcycles.
Some are even equipped with boosts and can fly.
Why do you need fast motorcycles? The big advantage of a fast motorcycle is obvious: You get quickly from A to B. But why not use a car? Some races that go over unpaved roads are much better suited for motorcycles. They are often used in time trials as well.
We will regularly update this article for you if the top rankings of the fastest motorcycles in GTA Online change.
List of the fastest motorcycles from GTA Online
This is how it is sorted: We show you two tables of the fastest motorcycles here. One list focuses on pure top speed, while the other on the best lap time.
We make this distinction because the uses of the bikes vary. If you want to win a race with many curves, handling and braking are as important as high speed. Simply having a high top speed doesn’t win races but helps on tracks with long straights.
The YouTuber Broughy1322 has made it his mission to examine the various vehicles from GTA Online thoroughly. He calculates the top speeds using the speed over a longer period—not the peak during a boost. We use his analysis for our tables.
Note: The speedometers in GTA Online are known not to be particularly reliable based on experience. The numbers from Broughy correspond to the “real” speed of the vehicles. It is quite possible that GTA Online partially shows you different values for speed. However, this does not change the leaderboard.
It should be noted that there are many variables when it comes to top speed in GTA Online, which can lead to different (and higher) top speeds. Furthermore, the in-game speedometer and other forms of speed measurement either do not work or are at least inaccurate (Example on YouTube). Therefore, if you compare this with your own observations, you will most likely get incorrect results.

What makes the fastest motorcycles special?
Here we want to introduce you to some of the motorcycles that are on the list of the fastest motorcycles in GTA Online.
- The two Oppressor motorcycles with their special tuning options
- The Tron bike “Shotaro,” which helps you earn money
- The Maibatsu Manchez Scout, with its impressive top speed
If you would like more motorcycles to be highlighted, please let us know here on MeinMMO in the comments under this article.
The Oppressor motorcycles / Mk II
- Cost: Oppressor Mk I for 3,524,500 GTA Dollars (reducible to 2,650,000 GTA Dollars)
- Oppressor Mk II for 3,890,250 GTA Dollars (reducible to 2,925,000 GTA Dollars)
- Dealer: Warstock Cache & Carry
What makes the Oppressor bikes special: In the GTA Online community, the Oppressor motorcycles are seen as a kind of love-hate relationship. Players who just want to travel quickly from A to B love them.
However, when used for griefing with their homing rockets, the Mk2 Oppressor players are deeply hated.
Nevertheless, they are unique vehicles with their flying and hovering capabilities. When equipped with weapons, missions like Headhunter or setups for heists can be easily completed in a short time.
The tuning of these bikes is also special because there are no tuning parts available for motorcycles at LS Customs. Here you can find tuning for the Oppressor Mk II in GTA Online.
One player even found a strange secret flying mode in the Oppressor bike in GTA Online.
The Tron bike Shotaro
- Cost: The Shotaro costs 2,225,000 GTA Dollars
- Dealer: The Nagasaki is available at the dealer Legendary Motorsport
What makes the Shotaro special: With its unique appearance, the bike stands out on the streets. The colored accents even glow when you turn on the bike’s light. After its release, you had to unlock the Tron Bike “Shotaro” before you could buy it. But it’s easy to do and definitely worth it. It is fast and has good acceleration and handling in races.
For these and other reasons, the Nagasaki Shotaro is among my 5 most important purchases from GTA Online that I have never regretted.
It is also very good for making money. Some street races in Los Santos go over unpaved roads. Here, the Shotaro can shine with its handling and achieve quick victories.
Maibatsu Manchez Scout
- Cost: You can get the Manchez Scout for just 225,000 GTA Dollars
- Dealer: You can buy it at Warstock Cache & Carry
What makes the Manchez Scout special: This military-style motorcycle is currently the fastest motorcycle in GTA Online that you can use in races. With a wheelie, it reaches an impressive 225 km/h and is still quite controllable during that time. However, it takes quite a while to reach this top speed. Additionally, its cornering behavior is not as strong. In round-based races, other motorcycles are therefore much better off, as you can see from the table above in the article.

Would you like to see more old bikes or even smaller mopeds, or would you like even more racing motorcycles in the style of the Bati?
