All players and gangsters are eagerly waiting for the announcement of the summer event in GTA Online. Now Rockstar has finally broken the silence and published upcoming content along with the date, showing you what to expect soon.
When does the summer event in GTA Online start? In the newswire post from Rockstar, the upcoming update “The Criminal Enterprises” is scheduled for July 26. The exact time is not yet known, but it will likely be revealed in the coming days.
What can you expect in the new update? Rockstar has prepared a variety of new features and improvements that you can enjoy after the update. These include:
- Expansion of the four criminal career paths
- New contact missions
- New cars
- New collectibles
- New modes
- “Quality of Life” adjustments
- Sell missions available in private sessions
- Improved access to snacks and armor
- More GTA $ in various modes like races, heists, and more

Expand your business
As GTA Online continues to grow and the player count has increased due to the release of the next-gen platform, Rockstar wants to assist you. After the update, you can sell your goods in private sessions without stress, without the fear of being blown up by griefers, allowing you to count your money in peace.
Executive
As an Executive, you will meet new employees in your office. They will help you find special cargos to fill your empty storage spaces. Additionally, you can expect the following new features:
- Daily delivery missions
- Two new sources for cargos – in addition to the existing missions
Biker
Clubhouses that have a “Custom Bike Shop” will receive an upgrade. You can now modify your clients’ bikes and sell them for GTA $ and RP to customers. You will also receive two new contact missions that will be posted in your clubhouse meeting room.
Some guys will also visit your bar. To restock, there are “Bar Resupply” missions that will replenish your supplies. This way, you can earn some extra money.
Gunrunner
Rockstar has also made several adjustments for you bunker lovers. Ammu-Nation has heard that you have high-quality goods and they want to purchase them at a fair price.
You can deliver a shipment to a designated Ammu-Nation store daily to have another source of income.
If you want to supply your bunker, Rockstar has also created two new missions for this. However, you do not have to return to the bunker as usual, but can simply start the mission from your current location.
To boost your research, you can now even steal data that will increase your progress.
Nightclub Owner
Nightclub owners can now contact Yohan to get supplies for your nightclub storage. Or you can contact Tony to start “Club Management” missions. Two new management missions have been created and added for this.
In your club, you can also clean up by throwing out troublemakers or escorting unconscious VIPs to safe locations outside the club.
New Operation – Paper Trail
Rockstar doesn’t hold back, and in the new operation “Paper Trail”, you will take on the role of an IAA agent. With the help of Agent ULP, you will work together in missions for 1-4 players to find out who is behind the rising oil prices.
Rumor has it that it could be the Duggans. Influential people who apparently have the right change for this unscrupulous scheme.
New Cars – Two of them with special upgrades
Once again, players will be gifted new cars. This time, two vehicles await you that come from Imani Tech. You can outfit them with various upgrades that will make you more dangerous on the road.
In addition to the two cars, more tuners will be added. Benny’s Original Motor Works will expand its possibilities to tinker with more cars.
As it’s about cars, Hao also can’t be missed. He is already working on a classic that will be released for last-gen console owners.
Furthermore, additional adjustments for OG cars will be released to give your vehicles a new paint job.
“Quality of Life” adjustments
Rockstar is also making many changes that are supposed to improve your life in GTA Online. The following are known:

- Better access to mechanics for snacks and armor
