What is this update about? Along with the announcement of the summer update, Rockstar announced that the biggest update of all time will be launched this year.
Although Rockstar has not yet set a fixed date for the DLC, a release soon seems likely. The year 2020 ends in just two months, so there isn’t much time left for the release.

It seems players have high expectations for the next DLC after Rockstar itself announced it as “the biggest update of all time.” It could also be that preparations are simply being made, and after that, even bigger changes will become noticeable.
