How do you get the purchase price? You unlock the purchase price randomly as you increase your reputation in the Los Santos Tuners Club. Every 5 levels you have a chance to unlock the purchase discount for the Cypher.
Win the Cypher easily and save 1.5 million Dollars
Here’s how you can save: If you want, you can win the Cypher directly at release from September 2nd. For this, you need to visit the tuning meeting point from Los Santos Tuners. Move to the gift symbol you see on the map.
There you will see the Cypher as a prize vehicle standing on the truck. With special paintwork and cool tuning.

This is the only requirement for the Cypher. Open your interaction menu, select LS Tuner, and then the prize vehicle challenge to see your progress
To win the prize vehicle, there are various requirements. Right now they are quite easy, as you just need to win 5 races. For that, you need at least one opponent.
