The big Cayo Perico update for GTA 5 Online brought 7 new vehicles directly to the game at launch. We show you the vehicles and their prices in the overview.
What kind of vehicles are these? In GTA Online, you now have access to 2 new boats, a plane, a helicopter, and two new cars. Additionally, there is a submarine that can become your new headquarters.
These are new contents that came with the big Cayo Perico update on December 15, 2020.
These are the new cars, boats, and the plane
Where does the information come from? The update was available for the first players at around 11:00 AM on December 15. Many immediately jumped into the game and checked the dealers’ catalogs. Twitter user @GTAGFX noticed these 6 new vehicles at Warstock Cache and Carry:
- Car: Toreador for 3,660,000 GTA Dollars
- Car: Winky for 825,000 to 1,100,000 GTA Dollars
- Heli: Annihilator for 2,902,500 to 3,870,000 GTA Dollars
- Plane: RO-86 for 3,262,500 to 4,350,000 GTA Dollars
- Boat: Kurtz 31 for 2,216,250 to 2,955,000 GTA Dollars
At Warstock Cache & Carry, you can also find the new submarine, which was already introduced in the Cayo Perico trailer by Rockstar Games. It has a purchase price of at least 2.2 million GTA Dollars. With upgrades, the price will likely increase significantly.
The submarine is required to start the new Cayo Perico heist in GTA Online. Customizations include a sonar station, tracking missiles, a weapon workshop, and mini-subs.
The submarine is operable and is therefore among the new vehicles from the update.
On the Docktease website, you can now find the Longfin boat in GTA Online. It seems to be a type of speedboat. How fast it really is remains unclear. It is the seventh vehicle in our list.
- Boat: Longfin for 1,593,750 to 2,125,000 GTA Dollars.
Will more vehicles come? It is likely that Rockstar Games will add more vehicles to the game over the next few weeks. This was also the case with previous updates. We will keep you updated here on MeinMMO and see how the new rides will rank among the fastest cars in GTA Online.
Unreleased vehicles from data mining
What has been leaked: Some images of vehicles and cars that are likely to be released in the next few weeks are already circulating on Twitter:
When a new update is released in GTA Online, data miners are quick and scour the game’s code. Regularly, the Twitter account FoxSnaps shows images of cars and vehicles that are new in the code but not available for purchase yet.
As was found out with the last updates, these vehicles will then be activated at the dealers of GTA Online during the course of the update.
What do you think of the new vehicles? Have you already found a favorite?
