Fans are looking for clues that Rockstar is really working on a successor to Grand Theft Auto 5 and when a release could be. An artist is now providing a hint for this, which disappears again after it has been discovered.
A forum user discovered this: In the GTA Forum, the user “Apollo Thunder” posted a screenshot from Artstation.
This is something like an industry network and a gallery for graphic designers working on games. Artists showcase their work and post their resumes on Artstation.
The page of Bibin Michael is interesting here. He currently works for Codemasters as a 3D Game Artist. He seems to be a specialist in vehicles.
So it states in Bibin’s resume that he worked for Rockstar in India and created concept art for GTA 5 DLCs and for GTA 6 from December 2017 to April 2018.
The artist’s name also appears in the credits of Red Dead Redemption 2, as the forum user notes. This confirms that he really worked for Rockstar.
This is remarkable: GTA 6 has not yet been announced. Therefore, it would be a violation of the NDA, the confidentiality clause, to talk about it publicly.
Fans are searching with eagle eyes everywhere for clues that Rockstar is really working on the game and how far along the work is.
