Improvements in Gameplay Experience
Right at the release on June 13, you can expect the following innovations:
Vehicles:
- With a single call, you can have all your destroyed vehicles repaired at Mors Mutual Insurance at once
- During contact missions, you don’t have to pay for repairs at Mors Mutual Insurance
- You can label garages to help you navigate better during your call with the mechanic
- When requesting vehicles from the garage at Eclipse Boulevard, you can select the floor
- Using the right D-pad, you can activate the stealth mode of the new aircraft Mammoth Raiju. Vertical takeoff and landing are on L3/LS. Holding L3/LS on vertical takeoffs toggles the vertical takeoff mode on or off
- You can now have your mobile command center, Avenger, or Terrorbyte delivered “closer” to you when they are active
- The jobs menu has additional race filters
- If you paint the Willard Eudora or Classique Broadway in taxi design, you can use the vehicles for your taxi work
- Some vehicles will be removed from the in-game websites that are less frequently used. You can still unlock them through events, showrooms, the lucky wheel, and other methods
Gameplay:
- A new “Register as Boss” option will be activated in the interaction menu, combining SecuroServ and motorcycle clubs
- A “Buy All” option will appear when purchasing armor at Ammu-Nation. The rank restrictions for armor will also be removed
- Armor will be refilled after a quick restart of a mission and brought back to the same level as when first joining the lobby
- When equipping armor via the weapon wheel, the type of armor will be selected based on the damage you have sustained
- During a parachute jump or free fall, you will no longer receive calls from Tom Connors or English Dave
- Assassination missions from Martin Madrazo can now also be executed by you alone
- Alternate sprint mode (holding down to sprint) can be selected in the settings menu
- You can select a name for your LSD product via the interaction menu to receive a 5% sales bonus.
- Rank restrictions for daily challenges will be removed to allow more players to participate.
Balance: Gameplay-wise, there will be a few adjustments to strength and yield:
- Payments for many collectibles and events like cash hideouts and treasure chests will be increased. Additionally, payments for Gerald’s Last Sprint and A Superyacht Life will be corrected upwards by 25%
- Damage adjustment for the P-996 Lazer and the Mammoth Hydra weapons. This applies only to Free Mode
- The orbital cannon can no longer be reset or refunded instantly, so players cannot be shot again and again.
Additionally, there are some changes for the creator mode where you can turn background music on and off. The limit of additional elements in creator games is also increased to 300.
