GTA 5 Online is still a huge success for developer Rockstar. That’s why there’s a new wave of updates in 2017, from new criminal business strategies to crazy stunt cars.
GTA 5 Online is fun and provides a solid content supply with regular add-ons and updates. This includes the ongoing “Stunt Race Event 2017.” In this event, you can showcase your bravery and audacity in a total of 15 crazy stunt races until March 13. For that, you’ll earn double the amount of GTA dollars and RP. Additionally, all participants will receive a “Pink Jock Cranley Stuntman Jumpsuit.”
Rocket Launch into Spring
In March, a new update is also expected, promising even more stunt fun. The new stunt races will be specifically designed for the following cars:
- Rocket Voltic
- Ruiner 2000
- Blazer Aqua
For example, the Rocket Voltic is suitable for stunts where you perform extremely high and long jumps and ultimately parachute down. Or you can race wildly both on land and water with the Aqua Blazer. To ensure the fun never ends, you can also create your own races again.
Even More Cars and Retro-Style PvP Game Modes
As further innovations, Rockstar also wants to release new game modes for the PvP-focused “Adversary Modes.” Among them is a mode called “Resurrection,” which represents a “gallows humor version of dodgeball.” Additionally, there will be a game mode that is a homage to the old 2D-GTA and appropriately named “Top-Down.”
Of course, there will also be new cars in the game soon. This includes classics like the Turismo Classic and the Infernus Classic, which was last seen in GTA 3. By the way, if you have characters on the old Xbox 360 and PS3, you have until March 7 to transfer them to Xbox One, PC, and PS4. For that, there are nine major updates that do not exist on the old platforms.
Good for Business: Arms Smuggling!
Later in the spring and summer, another major update is expected. In it, you’ll work as an arms smuggler and dealer. This means there will be plenty of new weapons – including military hardware – that you can sell and also use yourself.
Especially cool: You can also install the weapons in your vehicles and build heavily armed combat cars.
