On Sunday night, August 30, the winner in the “Best Streamer” category was announced. The winner is Erik “Gronkh” Range, who has been working as a German Let’s Player and streamer for years and has made a name for himself, at least in Germany.
Gronkh expresses surprise
This is what the streamer says: On Twitter, he visibly reacted surprised to the award. He shared with his 1.3 million followers:
“Wow! Uh. I guess I’m probably the last one to find out. How did that happen? And especially… why? I would like to thank everyone, especially @gamescom, but I really have no idea how this could happen.”
After that, he humbly explained that there are bigger and better streamers.
