In Diablo 4 has good gear is crucial, therefore players are always looking for the best locations and methods for good loot. Now one of them has found a glitch that is supposed to provide endless loot.
We have already found out that dungeons are worth it in Diablo 4, because: they are quick to complete and loot goblins can even spawn.
Furthermore, some dungeons could provide you with massive loot due to a glitch if you perform certain actions – or rather do not perform them.
In the video you see the loot goblins:
What is the glitch about? In the subreddit of Diablo 4, a video contribution by u/Ryulen appeared, titled “Who said that dungeons are not worth it?” and shows a room full of loot. The player is fighting enemies that seem to spawn repeatedly.
There is so much loot lying around that nothing else can be seen:
Dungeons with “Rescue Hostage” event
What triggers the glitch? The glitch is triggered by an event where you have to rescue hostages, among other things in dungeons. During this event, an error can occur. According to PC Gamer, it can happen that the enemies do not disappear but instead appear infinitely.
Some players report that infinite enemies spawned when they killed the first group of monsters just before the event timer expired.
The event never ended but kept going on, granting players endless experience points and loot.
It is quite possible that Blizzard considers this glitch an exploit. If it happens to you, we would advise you to leave the dungeon and not to exploit the glitch at all. Otherwise, you may risk your account.
Other players prefer to continue searching for previously undiscovered quests that could lead to a breakthrough in the cow level search. Our colleagues from GamePro clarify.
“Blessed be your loot”
What do the players say? Ryulen’s subreddit currently has over 7,000 upvotes and 1,400 comments. nanosam comments on the post with “This exploit is public knowledge and there’s a known method to trigger infinite spawns. I hope Blizzard acts tough and quickly against such violations. Note: It is related to a specific event in dungeons and not tied to a specific location.”
Other players joke in the comments, Inevitable_Rate3320 writes about a “new religion, completely based on loot.”
Jukigol13 writes: “Blessed be your loot”, to which DapperMinute adds “And my axe!” – a quote we know from the Lord of the Rings.
potatoesxD comments on the subreddit: “Quick, delete this post before the developers get wind of it.”
PC Gamer also points out that Blizzard could take action against exploiting the glitch. It is also recommended to start loot farming only at a higher level (50+) so that you can clear even larger groups of enemies in seconds.
Previously, there were certain dungeons that could be used for loot and XP farming. These have been nerfed – but there are still strong level dungeons.
