These are the minimum and recommended system requirements for Ghost Recon Wildlands.
On March 7, Ghost Recon Wildlands will be released for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. However, there will be an open beta where players can get an impression of the tactical shooter with a focus on co-op. You can check if your PC is strong enough for the game by looking at the system requirements for Ghost Recon Wildlands:
System Requirements PC – Ghost Recon Wildlands
The official system requirements for Wildlands have now been announced on the Nvidia website.
Minimum requirements for Ghost Recon Wildlands:
- Operating System: MS Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit only)
- Processor: Intel Core i5-2400S @ 3.3 GHz or AMD FX-4320 @ 4 GHz
- RAM: 6 GB
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 (2 GB VRAM)
- Hard Drive: 50 GB of free space
- Peripheral: Windows-compatible keyboard and mouse required, optional controller
Recommended hardware for Ghost Recon Wildlands:
- Operating System: MS Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit only)
- Processor: Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.5 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4 GHz
- RAM: 8 GB
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX970/GTX1060 (4 GB VRAM)
- Hard Drive: 50 GB of free space
- Peripheral: Windows-compatible keyboard and mouse required, optional controller
With these requirements, the game appeals to a wide range of players, as the specifications are low for a current open-world game. At least “average systems” can manage and do not have to switch to extra-low details.
During the closed beta of Ghost Recon Wildlands, however, the performance of the game was not convincing. Many players reported FPS issues and stutters, even though their system exceeded the game’s requirements. Whether the performance has improved by the next testing phase remains to be seen.
