The Twitch streamer duo of Trymacs and Amar will launch a new live show on Twitch this weekend. They plan to regularly compete against changing teams in various games.
Who is it about? A while ago, the two streamers Trymacs and Amar announced that they would be starting a live show on Twitch together. Both are among the largest streamers in Germany, with Trymacs recently achieving extremely high numbers.
Trymacs streamed a lot about Pokémon, but is also active in Just Chatting, Fortnite, FIFA 21, and other categories. Amar was recently mainly active in the new Season 6 of Fortnite. Additionally, both were seen in videos related to the preparation of their new show “Teammates”.
When does the show start? “Teammates” is a live show that will be broadcast on Twitch. It kicks off for the first time this coming Saturday: on March 27 at 6:00 PM, the duo’s first show will start.
What to expect with Teammates
What kind of show will it be? In early March, Amar and Trymacs announced that they have been working on the new live show “Teammates” for over six months.
Trymacs describes the show as a mix between “Joko & Klaas” and “Schlag den Star” by Stefan Raab. The concept: The duo of Amar and Trymacs will compete against changing teams in each show.
Each show is planned to be 5 hours filled with changing games, where guests can win a prize of 30,000 euros – but only if they can defeat the two hosts. The games will come from various categories, ranging from sports and skill to gaming and quiz questions. It’s somewhat similar to formats like Schlag den Star.
Who are the opponents? This coming Saturday, Amar and Trymacs will compete against the duo of Sascha “UnsympathischTV” Hellinger and Nicolas “Inscope21” Lazaridis. They are also among the largest German channels on Twitch and YouTube. In the future, streamer duos will be invited as opponents on Teammates.
It’s not the first time that larger show events have been hosted on Twitch. Among other things, the horror camp by Knossi and Sido attracted a lot of attention in 2020 and ranked at the top of the largest Twitch streams in Germany.
