The German-speaking streamer Theo “Scurrows” Bottländer is on a winning streak against huge social media companies. As he announces now, he has pulled off a coup in court against TikTok: If the platform continues to restrict his account, the company faces a fine of €250,000. He has obtained a preliminary injunction against TikTok, which prohibits the platform from restricting him under penalty.
