However, filming the movie was not always easy, as George Miller recently revealed in an interview with The Telegraph. A major issue was the disputes between lead actors Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron, who have also criticized Hollywood.

Hardy was constantly late to filming
In the interview with The Telegraph, the 79-year-old director speaks about filming with the two well-known actors. He says that the two are very different interpreters
. While Theron was reportedly ready for filming at 8 AM, Tom Hardy was someone who arrived hours late.
George Miller states that he had to be lured out of his dressing room. This is in stark contrast to Charlize Theron, who was disciplined and always on time as the first one on set. Despite these difficulties, Miller says that both actors delivered excellent performances in their own way.
I saw their behavior as a way to reflect their characters, who need to learn to work together to ensure mutual survival.

However, there were also problems between Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy, as NBC News reports. In the book Blood, Sweat & Chrome
, Theron describes the relationship between the two actors as that of parents driving in a car together. We either fought or didn’t speak at all, and I don’t know which is worse.
