The event started on January 16, 2021, and runs until January 31, 2021. There is no special event vendor like in the event “Missing Treasures” this time. You can still use that vendor until January 22, in case you haven’t claimed the Seelien-Pet yet.

Every day, an event task will unlock that you can complete. In total, 7 challenges will be unlocked that you can tackle both solo and cooperatively.
For successfully completing each challenge, you will receive 60 Original Resin.
Yes, definitely! Although there is no Crown of Wisdom this time, you can collect a total of 420 Original Resin. That is a bit more than you need for 2 prayers. In addition, you will receive other rewards and a pretty name card.
Genshin Impact: How to start the event “Symphony of the Hypostases”
As soon as you have reached Adventure Rank Level 20, you can access the new event through the action menu. Here you will select the event directly and you can display it on the map.
Then you can teleport directly to the event and enter the blue portal here.
This is how the event works
Select Hypostase: As soon as you have entered the portal, you must choose a Hypostase to face.
Unlike the regular Hypostases that you usually fight to collect character materials, the event Hypostases have special bonuses.
For example, the Electro Hypostase has the advantage of dealing you additional Electro area damage when you attack it with Electro.
But players also have advantages. Each opponent has four specific characters buffed and deal 20% more damage. You can take advantage of this.
Difficulty level and points multiplier: After you have selected a Hypostase, you can determine the difficulty level. In addition to the general difficulty level, the difficulty sets the points multiplier:
- Easy 1.0x
- Normal 1.5x
- Difficult 2.5x
- Expert 4.5x
Subsequently, you can choose from any number of variants and further configure the challenge. However, this is optional.
This mainly involves drawbacks that increase the points earned.
- The challenge must not last longer than 300 seconds; for this, you will receive 100 additional points.
- The Cryo resistance of the enemies is increased by 50%; for this, you will receive 40 additional points.
This is how the battle goes: The fights against the Hypostases work slightly differently than against the regular versions. The event versions receive support from smaller objects, or you have to destroy significantly more resurrection crystals than in the normal forms.
Genshin Impact Event: Additional Rewards
Besides the 60 Original Resin that you receive for successfully completing the tasks, you can unlock additional rewards. In addition to the Original Resin, you will receive
- Materials for character ascension such as “A Hero’s Wit”, which gives you 20,000 XP per use.
- Mystic Enhancement Ore, with which you can improve your weapons.
- Various materials for talent improvement.
A special reward: The special highlight is certainly the name card “Celebration – Hypostase”, which you unlock with 14,000 total points.
