In Genshin Impact, the event “Caution, Hot” has started. If you complete your quests daily, the game rewards you with Mora and Primogems. You should complete the tasks every day, as they will be replaced by new ones the following day. We offer you tips for the daily tasks.
What is it about? On December 11, the event “Caution, Hot!” started in Genshin Impact. In this event, you play a delivery service for dishes: you pick up the dishes from three different chefs and must deliver them to the destination as quickly as possible.
What requirement must I meet? To complete the tasks, you must have reached Adventure Rank 20. After that, you can accept the tasks.
How long does the event last? The event started on December 11, 2020, at 10:00 AM and runs until December 18, 2020, at 4:00 AM. A few days later, on December 23, new events will be added with Patch 1.2.
Important tips for the event: Once you have picked up a dish, there are certain restrictions:
- For some dishes, you are not allowed to fly, jump, or run and must not get involved in any combat.
- For others, you must not be affected by elements. Just stepping into a puddle of water will cause the task to fail immediately.
- You can use teleporters and fast travel points during the challenge without any issues. You should do this to save crucial seconds.
- While the counter counts down from 3 to 0, you can already select a teleporter on the map, saving a few seconds.
- Old orders expire the next day. So make sure to complete the tasks every day.

Genshin Impact: Why you should play the event daily
Every day there are three new event tasks that you can only complete on that day. The next day, you will receive new ones, so you should complete them on the same day.
This is what you get: For each individual quest, you receive 20,000 – 30,000 Mora, a few experience books, or other ingredients/upgrading materials. If you complete all three tasks, you will receive an additional 60 Primogems. That is as much Primogems as you usually receive for all 4 daily tasks and the completion bonus combined.
- With Primogems, you can buy Wishes. This is the Gacha system of Genshin Impact, which you need to use to obtain additional characters.
- You need the money (Mora) if you want to upgrade your characters, weapons, or artifacts. You can also buy cooking ingredients with it. So basically for almost everything in the game.
- You need experience books and materials for your heroes if you want to upgrade them. The experience from defeated enemies is hardly enough to level up the characters.

Here we present tips and ways for the three deliveries from December 17.
Urgent delivery from the Stag Hunter:

- Enemies: Hilichurl archers
Take the teleporter at the Stone Gate and run a bit north. Then fly over the water and stay close to the mountain. This way you can also avoid the Hilichurl archers.
Wangshu Out of the House:
- What you cannot do: fly, run, climb
- Enemies: Hilichurl archers
From the dungeon in the east, you can easily run west. Right at the beginning, a few archers are waiting for you. The client is on a wooden scaffold, here you need to be careful not to jump by.
Fresh from the Wanmin Restaurant:
- What you cannot do: fly, run, climb
- Enemies: lots of Hilichurls
From the southern teleporter near the Qinqxu Pool, you should run northeast, there is an edge where you can come down without fall damage. Then run west. You should best go around the ruin island from the north to avoid large enemies. It’s best to clear the area before the delivery.

Urgent delivery from the Stag Hunter:

- Enemies: Hilichurl archers
The recipient is on an elevated island in the water. From the north, you can climb directly up over a small island. But be careful: do not get caught in the influence of the Electro Splinter, or you’ll have to redo the task. Alternatively, you can eliminate the Electro Splinter before the quest starts with a fire character.
Wangshu Out of the House:

- Enemies: none
From the dungeon “Clear Water and Rocky Cave,” you run and climb north along the rock formation. You won’t find any enemies on the way. Alternatively, you can cross the water from the east with Mona. With Kaeya (Ice), it will be tight on time.

The recipient is at the Guyun Towers (east of Liyue). From the southern teleporter, it is a bit easier because there are fewer enemies on the way. On the middle island, there are two large Hilichurl groups that you can cleverly avoid.

Urgent delivery from the Stag Hunter:

- Enemies: various Hilichurls
From the Stone Gate, the easiest way is to follow the road for a bit and then climb up. Here, you run east and pass through a part. There are several Hilichurls waiting here, but you can cleverly avoid them.
Wangshu Out of the House:
- What you cannot do: fly, climb
- Enemies: Hilichurl archers
The easiest task of the day. You take the teleporter far in the west from Qingce Village and run over the two bridges. At the end of the two bridges, several Hilichurl archers are waiting. However, you can skillfully avoid them.

- Enemies: Fire slimes
The two northern teleporters are on a mountain, so you cannot use them as you must fly or climb. The path from the east is too long. Take the teleporter from the south. You can fall from the first slope, as damage is not a problem. You cross the abyss with a log.

Urgent delivery from the Stag Hunter:

- Enemies: Hilichurls
In the valley directly in front of you, there are a few Hilichurls. You can avoid further Hilichurls by running along the eastern cliff. The northern teleporter would also be possible, but you have to overcome a high cliff.
Wangshu Out of the House:
- What you cannot do: fly, run, get hit by elements
- Enemies: Hilichurl archers, slimes
It’s best to take Kaeya (Ice) with you. With this, you can prevent getting hit by the element water. The rest is not a problem. You run along the road and through the valley, and you can avoid the few enemies.
Fresh from the Wanmin Restaurant:
- What you cannot do: fly, climb, get hit by elements
- Enemies: none
The freed ruin won’t help you here, as you’d have to climb or fly to get out. Take the teleporter to the east and run through the small village. You can also use Kaeya (Ice) for the last stretch over water to avoid getting hit by the element water.

Urgent delivery from the Stag Hunter:

- Enemies: slimes and Hilichurl archers
Northwest around the mountain, you have no cliffs in your way. You can avoid the archers.
Wangshu Out of the House:
- What you cannot do: run, get hurt
- Enemies: lots of Hilichurls of different variants
You have to deliver the food to an island group called Sal Terrae. This is not complicated. On the penultimate island, you can avoid the large Hilichurl group by running past the railing to the right.
Fresh from the Wanmin Restaurant:
- What you cannot do: fly, get hurt or get hit by elements
- Enemies: lots of Hilichurl archers
Since you cannot get hit by elements and also cannot fly, the eastern teleporter is out. Take the western teleporter and run north around the mountain. Here it is not very steep, and you only encounter Hilichurl archers near the teleporter.
