A leak about Genshin Impact reveals which characters and weapons will be included in the next banner. Alongside the 5-star character Baal, there will also be 3 additional 4-star characters and two new weapons.
These characters are coming in the next banner: In less than a week, on September 1, the next update of Genshin Impact will be released. In Chapter 2 of Act 3, you will once again be able to pull new characters from the banner.
It was already known that the 5-star character Raiden Shogun and her devoted servant Kujou Sara, a new 4-star character, would be included. Now, two more 4-star characters have also been announced, who will join the two ladies in the banner. They are
- Sucrose – Element: Anemo, Weapon: Catalyst
- Xiangling – Element: Pyro, Weapon: Polearm
Both are characters that have been playable since the release of the game a year ago. For most long-term players, the banner is rather an opportunity to pull new constellations of the two characters and further develop them.
As is always the case with leaks: Enjoy this information with caution. A large part of the leaks of Genshin Impact has proven to be true in the past. However, that does not mean that this will necessarily be the case here.
These weapons will be available in the next banner: In the weapon banner, two new 5-star weapons await you. The first weapon is Engulfing Lightning, a polearm with a base ATK value of 46 and elemental energy regeneration of 15% at level 1.
The second weapon is a Liyue claymore named The Unforged. It also has a base ATK value of 46 and an additional status of ATK 10.8% at level 1.
As with the weapons, this is leak info, so don’t get your hopes up too much if you find one of the weapons particularly cool and really want to have it.
What else is coming with 2.1? Regardless of whether the leak information is true, next week, along with the new character and weapon banners, Genshin Impact’s update 2.1 will be released. The update brings among other things the following contents:
- The story quest of Chapter 2: Act 3
- 2 new islands from Inazuma – “Watatsumi” and “Seirai”
- New bosses
- The new mechanic: fishing
- The burden of the kettle of immortality will be increased
- All recharge bonuses in the “Recharge Crystals” window will be reset once
