In Genshin Impact you can level up your characters and will need special materials at certain locations. Among these are items you can find at the Fluxfire Tree.
How to find a Fluxfire Tree? The Fluxfire Tree (Pyro Regisvine) is an elite boss from the Liyue region. The easiest way to find it is through bounty hunts. These allow you to easily locate certain monsters on the map and earn EXP, Mora, and other rewards.
To do this, go to the bounty hunts in the adventure license (F1) under the Liyue region, search for Fluxfire Tree there and click track at the bottom right. However, this is only possible if you have already uncovered the corresponding area on the map. The boss always stays in the same location, specifically in a gorge east of Tianqiu Valley and west of Luhua Pool.
The next teleport point is a bit northeast, the Qiongji Estuary.
What to consider with this boss? The Fluxfire Tree is a gigantic plant that has absorbed the ancient flame and is quite angry.
The boss relies on many AoE skills, and you must constantly keep moving. However, there are also phases when the plant becomes exhausted and remains motionless on the ground. This is always the case when you have destroyed one of its weak points. These are alternately located either at the bottom of the stem or at the top of the blossom. Destroy them quickly with Hydro or Electro attacks. The Fluxfire Tree will then collapse, and you can deal significant damage for a few seconds.

Why is the boss so interesting? The Fluxfire Tree rewards you with items you need to upgrade your Pyro characters like Diluc, the best DPS in the game, Amber, Klee, or Xiangling.
At certain levels, at levels 20, 40, 50, 60, and 70, the following materials are needed:
- Fluxfire Trees from level 30 drop Fluxfire Seeds
- Fluxfire Trees from level 40 drop Agnidus Agate Shards
- Fluxfire Trees from level 60 drop Agnidus Agate Fragments
- Fluxfire Trees from level 60 drop Agnidus Agate (in English Agnidus Agate Gemstones)
However, to receive these and other rewards, you must spend 40 Original Resin.
Are there other ways to obtain the Agnidus Agate items? Yes, if you have enough Anemo or Geo Sigils, you can buy the shards from souvenir merchants in Mondstadt and Liyue. However, this is limited to 6 or 12 purchases respectively.
They are also available as rewards in the “Great Wolf King of the North” challenge.
Additionally, you can use Alchemy to upgrade lower materials like the shards to fragments.
