Hydro User Ayato Kamisato – Here are his abilities
- Elemental Ability, “Kamisato Art: Kyouka”: Ayato leaves a copy of himself that can explode. The copy then deals Hydro area damage. Ayato enters the “Takimeguri Kanka” mode:
- Ayato performs normal attacks with “Shunsuiken,” these become Hydro area attacks.
- He cannot perform heavy strikes or falling attacks.
- When Ayato hits with Shunsuiken, he gains the “Namisen” effect. This effect ensures Shunsuiken deals more damage.
- The “Namisen” effect scales with Ayato’s maximum HP.

- Special Ability, “Kamisato Art: Suiyuu”: Ayato summons a field where blades of water rain continuously. They deal Hydro damage. Additionally, the field boosts the attack of all characters.
What passive talents does Ayato Kamisato have?
- Kamisato Art: Mine Wo Matoishi Kiyotaki – Ayato’s elemental ability gains new effects:
- After he uses the ability or the copy of him explodes, he gains stacks of “Namisen”.
- Kamisato Art: Michiyuku Hagetsu – When he is not on the field and has low elemental energy, he periodically regenerates energy points.
- Kamisato Art: Daily Cooking – When Ayato cooks a perfect dish, there is a chance to receive an additional “suspicious” dish.

Which weapon banners will appear in Patch 2.6? It is known that the 5-star signature weapon of Ayato Kamisato will be released at the same time as him: The one-handed sword Haran Geppaku Futsu.
The new area: The Great Chasm
What has been announced about the Great Chasm? Short camera pans provided small insights into the chasm. Additionally, the moderators revealed that the chasm has both an aboveground and an underground map that you can explore.
In the darkness of the underground corridors, the item “Lumenstone Adjuvant” will help you; you can equip it and activate it with Y when you need light. You can level up the Lumenstone Adjuvant and receive different rewards for it, such as a weapon prototype and a new name card.
2 new artifact sets will be released in Patch 2.6
- “Vermillion Hereafter”:
- 2-piece effect: Attack is increased by 18%.
- 4-piece effect: After a special ability is used, the attack increases by 8% for 16 seconds. The attack increases by an additional 10% when the character loses HP. This effect can be triggered every 0.8 seconds and a maximum of four times. Furthermore, the effect ends once the character equipped with this artifact set is taken off the field.
- “Echoes of an Offering”:
- 2-piece effect: Attack is increased by 18%.
- 4-piece effect: When enemies are hit with normal attacks, there is a 36% chance that the damage from normal attacks increases by 70% (“Valley Rite” effect). The effect disappears after 0.05 seconds once a normal attack triggers damage. If Valley Rite is not triggered, the chance increases by an additional 20%. The effect can be triggered once every 0.2 seconds.
The events in the new Genshin Impact update
As with every new patch, some events are also coming this time, offering some rewards for you:
- “Hues of the Violet Garden”: In Inazuma, the Irodori Festival is set to take place, which will grant you among other things, Primogems, a Crown of Wisdom, and the 4-star helper Xingqiu. During the festival, you will see familiar faces from all regions again. Among them are Klee, Yoimiya, and Kazuha Kaedehara. You can also play 4 different mini-games during the festival:
- 1. “The Moon and Stars Inscribe”: You need to take photos of Inazuma’s landscape that inspire someone. The person will give you clues that you need to interpret to take the right photos.
- 2. “Theater Mechanicus”: A returning tower defense event. This time the event has been altered to make it more interesting: Each stage has its own features that you need to keep in mind to complete them fully. Additionally, before entering a stage, you must equip a “Fortune/Mystic Stick”.
- 3. “Clash of Lone Blades”: You have to fight against different sword masters with individual abilities every day.
- 4. “The Floral Courtyard”: Your task is to beautify certain areas with floral arrangements. You will receive specific guidelines. You will also receive the arrangements as gifts to beautify your teapot.
- “Spices From the West”: You need to test spices for someone from Sumeru. You will cook various dishes and need recipes that will be unlocked gradually. The cooked dishes can also be given to characters in the teapot to increase their friendship with you.
- “Vibro-Crystal Research”: Create 2 teams of 4 characters each to fight against monsters. There will be an additional feature that uses “Transmitter Crystals” and “Receiver Crystals”. These crystals grant buffs to the teams if both types match.
- “Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens”: You will receive various tasks from a painter who will send you to different regions. You need to take photos at specific locations that depict certain things. For example, the Traveler must be seen at Dragonspine performing an Anemo attack.
- “Leyline Overflow”: You will receive double loot from the “Prosperity of the elements” for Mora and EXP cards.

What constellations does Ayato Kamisato have?
- 1st Constellation: The damage from Shunsuiken is increased by 40% when enemies have 50% or less HP.
- 2nd Constellation: The stacks of the “Namisen” effect are increased from 4 to 5. If Ayato has at least 3 stacks of “Namisen,” his maximum HP increases by 50%.
- 3rd Constellation: The talent level of the elemental ability increases by 3.
- 4th Constellation: After Ayato uses his special ability, the damage of normal attacks from all nearby team members increases by 15% for 15 seconds.
- 5th Constellation: The talent level of the special ability increases by 3.
- 6th Constellation: After Ayato uses his elemental ability, the attack with Shunsuiken creates two additional Shunsuiken slashes that deal 450% of his attack value to enemies when the attack hits. The two slashes are not affected by the “Namisen” effect.

Leaks about weapons and Gacha banners
Which weapon banners are supposed to appear in Patch 2.6? Besides Ayato’s signature weapon, the bow “Final Breath” is expected to come as the 2nd 5-star weapon in the 1st banner (via reddit).
What is Ayato’s weapon supposed to do? The one-handed sword grants the character a bonus of 24% elemental damage and additional critical rate. When nearby team members hit enemies with their normal attacks, the character equipped with the weapon gains a stack of “Wavespike.” A maximum of 5 stacks can be accumulated.
The effect can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds. When the character uses an elemental skill, all stacks of “Wavespike” are consumed, increasing normal attacks by 16% per stack. The boost lasts for 8 seconds (via reddit).
More leaks about the area “Great Chasm”
Update from March 18: The rewards for the “Lumenstone Adjuvant” have been leaked (via reddit). You might receive some free wishes, a Crown of Wisdom, and a weapon prototype there.
What leaks are there regarding the Great Chasm? The map, screenshots (via reddit), and some new enemies and creatures have been leaked, as well as a brand new boss, all of which reside in the Great Chasm.
Furthermore, approximately 24 Seelies and 200 chests are expected to be found in the Great Chasm (via reddit).
What does the map look like? The Chasm consists of an aboveground (via reddit) and an underground map (via reddit). Both maps have 7 sub-areas you can explore (via reddit). Additionally, leaker Blank posted a screenshot of the chasm and how it integrates into the rest of the world on Twitter.
There is also a “Lumenstone Adjuvant” in the chasm (via reddit). You can level it up like the Permafrost Tree at Dragonspine and the Sacred Sakura in Inazuma, but it will follow you. The maximum level of the stone is 10 and is achieved with “Lumenspar” and “Lumenstone Ore” (via reddit).
What new boss lives in the chasm? The “Chasmic Serpent,” a mechanical snake, resides deep in the mines of the Great Chasm (via reddit). It is located on the underground map, to the west (via reddit).
What new beings and enemies are there in the chasm? So far, 2 new beings, 3 new monsters, and a new Seelie type have been leaked (via reddit). The beings are a purple marten and a small glowing beetle.
The three new monsters are a small flying blue blob wearing a hat resembling a mushroom, a fighter in noble armor, and a machine-like creature.

- The loading bar is said to fill faster when you access the team building menu (via reddit).
- Yae Miko’s Elemental ability now selects the nearest target for her automated attacks and does not attack random enemies anymore (via reddit).
