How to redeem promo codes

You have two options to redeem the codes. You can either visit the official Genshin Impact website and request your gifts through the redeem code page.

How do you redeem promo codes in the game? To claim your rewards in the game, proceed as follows:

• Step 1: Go to Settings
• Step 2: Click on Account
• Step 3: Click on “Redeem Now” for the voucher code
• Step 4: Enter the promo code in the field and then click “Redeem”

A notification will appear that the voucher code was successfully redeemed. You can then collect your reward from the mailbox.

Even if you have already used the codes, you will initially receive the message that the voucher code was successfully applied. However, in this case, you will not receive a reward in the mailbox, but only a message stating that you have already redeemed the code.
