During the gamescom 2021, there will be a large-scale charity stream from LetsPlay4Charity to financially support the victims of the flood disaster.
What happened? Let’s remember: A few weeks ago, people in North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate were surprised by devastating floods. Countless individuals lost their homes, vehicles, or all their possessions.
Irreplaceable losses like loved ones or pets also count among those losses. While nothing can bring those back, we can still help the victims through a difficult financial situation. Therefore, a charity livestream will be held during gamescom 2021 to raise money for the people in the flood areas.
When, how, and where? All information about the LetsPlay4Charity stream at gamescom 2021
What is this initiative about? As part of gamescom 2021, the LetsPlay4Charity e.V. organizes a donation stream. The proceeds from the charity action are intended to help flood victims cope with the financial burden caused by flood damage. Many people have lost all their belongings, and we can at least help replace the material losses.
When does it start? LetsPlay4Charity will kick off the donation marathon on August 27th. The event will run for 3 days and will end on August 29th. You can watch it on the LetsPlay4Charity Twitch channel (via Twitch.tv).

Which guests will be there? On the official website of the organizer Betterplace (via Betterplace.org), the organizers speak of a number of guests. The exact identities of these guests are currently unknown. However, influencers, YouTubers, and streamers are expected to be present, as well as developers and even politicians. We already know two faces: hosts Max Krüger (Frodoapparat) and Dennis Henson (SirNossi).

Unlike the stream from LetsPlay4Charity, the charity action of the 3 streamers is not just a simple collection action. The poker tournament will also feature guests from the TV, music, and gaming industries who will try to maximize their winnings for a charity of their choice.
